Refund policy

1. Custom-made products

All our products are made according to the client’s exact specifications (dimensions, materials, finishes, customizations).

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, custom-made or personalized products are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

2. Cancellation before production

  • An order can only be cancelled before the design appointment.

  • If the order is cancelled at this stage, the amount paid may be partially refunded, depending on the progress of the project.

  • Once the drawing has been approved, no cancellation or refund will be possible.

3. Returns After Delivery

Custom products cannot be returned simply because the client has changed their mind.

A return will be accepted only in the following cases:

  1. Defective, damaged product or product not conforming to the order.

  2. Manufacturing or shipping error.

Return procedure:

  • The return must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and properly packaged.

  • After inspection, we will offer: repair or, where applicable, replacement of the product.

Any return that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

4. Order modifications

  • Any modification must be requested before the drawing is approved in order to be free of charge.

  • Any modification after the drawing has been approved may result in additional fees or an extended lead time.

5. Payments and Deposits

In the case of a figure skating project (Solo Skater):

  • Full payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

In the case of a synchronized skating project:

  • A deposit is required to confirm the order. The amount is indicated on the invoice.

  • The deposit is non-refundable as soon as the drawing is approved, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery.

6. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, compensation will be limited to the legal warranties provided for in the Consumer Protection Act.
